Ayala Foundation opens U-Go Scholarship applications for female college students

MANILA – The Ayala Foundation, in partnership with U-Go, a global non-profit organization, is now accepting applications for the U-Go Scholar Grant for qualified female college students for School Year 2026-2027.

The scholarship aims to help financially challenged but academically deserving students complete their college education and become future leaders in their communities.

Qualified scholars may receive approximately PHP40,000 in annual financial assistance, support for school and living expenses, a renewable scholarship grant, and access to leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

The program is open to female Filipino citizens who are incoming first-year, second-year, or third-year college students for SY 2026-2027, and incoming fourth-year students taking a five-year course. Applicants must be enrolled in a public or state university or college and must not have any existing scholarship.

Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 85 percent, demonstrate financial need, have no disciplinary or administrative cases, and be active in their community. Students expected to graduate during SY 2026-2027 are not eligible.

Required documents include a current certificate of registration or enrollment and latest copy of grades, both signed by the registrar with a wet signature, and proof of financial need such as the latest Income Tax Return of parents or guardians, BIR Tax Exemption Certificate, Certificate of Indigency, OFW or seafarer proof of income or contract, or latest electric or water bill.

Shortlisted applicants may also be asked to submit a recommendation letter and undergo an online interview.

Interested applicants must first fill out the eligibility form through the official portal. Eligible applicants will receive an application ID and form link through email within 48 hours.
