DepEd and Canva Graduate Access Program 2026
The Department of Education (DepEd), in partnership with Canva Philippines, is offering a free one-year Canva Pro subscription to eligible graduating Grade 12 students for School Year 2025–2026.
The program aims to support students as they transition to college, employment, or entrepreneurship.
The subscription is completely free of charge for qualified students.
What is the DepEd and Canva Graduate Access Program?
The DepEd and Canva Graduate Access Program is a special initiative that provides graduating students access to premium design tools.
Through this program, students can use Canva Pro features to create school projects, resumes, presentations, and other materials.
What are the benefits of the program?
Eligible students will receive:
- One (1) year Canva Pro subscription
- Access to premium templates and design tools
- Support for school and career preparation
- Free access with no payment required
The subscription will remain active for 12 months from the date of activation.
Who can avail of the free Canva Pro subscription?
Students must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a confirmed graduating Grade 12 student
- Must be enrolled in a DepEd public school
- Must have a valid DepEd-issued email address
- Must have an active Canva Education account
- Must be validated by the school as a graduating student
Note: Students from private schools or previous school years are not eligible.

How to claim the free Canva Pro subscription
Eligible students must follow these steps:
- Check your DepEd email for the official notification
- Click the activation link provided
- Sign in or create a Canva account
- Enter your DepEd email address
- Enter the verification code to activate the subscription
Once completed, the one-year Canva Pro access will be activated.
When is the activation period?
Students can claim the offer during the following period:
Activation Window: April 1, 2026 to July 1, 2026
Students are encouraged to activate their subscription early.
Unclaimed offers after the deadline will no longer be available.

- Check the spam or junk folder
