The scholarship program is open to students who are taking up Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) courses. Scholars will receive financial assistance, training programs, and possible job opportunities after graduation.
What is GBF STEM College Scholarship?
The GBF STEM College Scholarship Program aims to support students who:
- Have good academic performance
- With leadership potential
- Active in extracurricular activities
- In need of financial assistance
Scholars may also receive internship and career opportunities under the Gokongwei Group of Companies.
What are the benefits of the scholarship?
Scholars will receive the following:
- Annual financial assistance worth ₱80,000 to ₱120,000 depending on the school
- Financial support will be sent directly to the scholar’s bank account

- Must have a GWA of at least 85% or 2.0 or its equivalent
- For incoming college students, must belong to the top 10% of the graduating class
- Must be of good moral character
- Must be active in extracurricular activities
- Must have financial need
What are the requirements?
Applicants need to prepare the following documents:
A. Academic
For incoming college students:
- Certified True Copy of Grade 12 Report Card or Form 137
- Batch ranking certificate
For college students:
- Certified True Copy of grades for the last two semesters
B. Financial
Submit any of the following:
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Certificate of Employment with Salary
- OFW Contract
- Proof of income (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
- Pension proof
- BIR Tax Exemption Certificate
C. Other Requirements
- Proof of Billing (Electricity or Water Bill)
- Two recommendation forms from:
- Guidance Counselor
- Adviser / Professor / School Head / Dean
